Because our pieces are sourced from different countries, shipping costs vary depending on the product, its origin, and your delivery location — so we don't apply a flat shipping rate. Instead, here's how it works:
- Submit your request. Choose the piece (or pieces) you're interested in and let us know through the website.
- We calculate the cost. Our team gathers the actual shipping costs for your specific order — based on the item's country of origin, size, weight, and your delivery address in Bulgaria.
- You receive a full offer. We send you an offer covering the product and shipping together, so you see the complete cost upfront — before any payment is made.
- You confirm and pay. Once you accept the offer, you proceed to payment and we begin processing your order.
Nothing is charged until you've seen and approved the full cost, shipping included.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the origin country of each piece and the shipping method required. Once your offer is confirmed, we'll provide an estimated delivery window for your specific order.
Customs & Import Duties
For items shipped from outside the European Union, customs duties or import fees may apply. If relevant to your order, this will be communicated as part of your shipping offer, so there are no surprises after purchase.
Packaging & Handling
Every piece is packaged with care appropriate to its size, material, and the distance it needs to travel, to make sure it arrives in the condition you expect.
Multiple Items, Multiple Origins
If your order includes pieces from different countries, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. We'll let you know in advance if this applies to your order.
