How Payment Works

Because every order is sourced specifically for you, payment follows a clear, offer-based process rather than a standard checkout:

1. You receive an offer. After we've gathered the details of your order — product, sourcing, and shipping — we send you a full offer covering the total cost.
2. You review and sign. Once you're happy with the offer, you confirm it by signing it back to us. This signature is your acceptance of the order and its full cost.
3. Full prepayment is required. Once the signed offer is received, we'll send you our bank details along with the total amount due. Full payment is required before we proceed — sourcing and shipping only begin once payment has been received in full.

We don't begin sourcing or processing any order on a signed-but-unpaid offer — payment confirms the order and sets everything in motion.

Payment Method

We currently accept bank transfer only. Full bank details will be provided to you once your offer is signed and confirmed.

Once we've received your transfer, we'll confirm it in writing and provide an estimated timeline for sourcing and delivery, as outlined in your offer.
